Effects of Temperature on Corrosion Behavior of Reinforcements in Simulated Sea-Sand Concrete Pore Solution

The effects of temperature on the chloride-induced corrosion behavior reinforcing steel in simulated sea-sand concrete pore solution are studied by means linear polarization resistance. results show that Ecorr (corrosion potential) and icorr current density) steels and/or chloride concentration (CCl)-related parameters. A correlation between a natural logarithmic CCl observed. It is proved relationship rate follows Arrhenius equation, whereas activation energy reaction increases with increase CCl.
